We are Barclay Medical Practice, we have 10 NHS practices throughout the central belt and are committed to enhancing access to quality healthcare for all patients. Recognising the challenges women encounter in accessing coils and implants we set up Barclay Plus Scotland, an affordable care option for your long-acting reversible contraception.
What is the cost?
Our coil insertion/exchange is £240.
Our implant insertion/removal/exchange is £240.
Payments are taken online only, this is via Stripe which include google pay, apple pay and debit/credit card payments.
Refunds if required.
Refunds will be arranged if there is a clinical reason, we are not able to fit your device on the day.

We are based in our Glasgow University branch at 65 Hillhead Street, G12 8QF
When?
Saturday morning clinics from 9am until 12.30pm.
Quality
All our staff are experienced NHS staff who have completed all the required training.
